By Season
April 18, 2010 to November 24, 2011… SUMMER
- Credit Card guarantee is required at time of booking.
- Full payment is taken at check-in.
- Cancellations outside 48 hours will not be penalized. Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival local hotel time will be charged one night's room and tax.
- Cancellation fee applies if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during the stay. No shows and early departures are regarded as a cancellation and the hotel will charge full penalty.
November 25, 2011 to December 23, 2011 and January 3, 2012 to April 30, 2012… WINTER
- Credit Card guarantee is required at time of booking.
- Full payment is charged 21days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation outside 21 days will not be penalized.
- Cancellation within 21 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. Cancellation fee applies if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during the stay. No shows and early departures are regarded as a cancellation and the hotel will charge full penalty.
December 24, 2011 to January 2, 2012… HOLIDAY SEASON
- Credit Card guarantee is required at time of booking.
- Full payment is charged 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation outside 30 days will not be penalized.
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. Cancellation fee applies if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during the stay. No shows and early departures are regarded as a cancellation and the hotel will charge full penalty.
May 1, 2012 to November 23, 2012… SUMMER

- 14.24% HST after July 1, 2010
Credit Cards
- Photo ID is required at check in to match credit card.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express is accepted.
- Maximum one credit card per reservation.
Other Important Information
- All room rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charge is $30 plus tax per night per person year round. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room. No charge for children aged 18 and under when sharing with a parent.
- Minimum nights change throughout the season, please check at time of booking if minimum night stay applies.
- Pets: All pets are complimentary. Guest must sign a waiver at check in. We offer designated rooms for people travelling with their pet - all room types are available.
- Check In & Out: Check In 4:00pm & Check Out 11:00am
- Minimum Age: Mininum age to make a booking or check-in is 21 years old
