Widely recognized for their energizing and relaxing effects, the Scandinavian baths, also known as hydrotherapy are associated with many benefits. In addition to cleansing the body, they stimulate blood circulation and the release of endorphins. All of the senses are awakened; muscles are soothed; a general sensation of well-being washes over you. Immerse yourself… to emerge again feeling calm yet invigorated by the experience of the Scandinavian baths spa.

Upon your arrival, Scandinave Spa will provide two towels per person and a padlock for your locker. You should bring your bathing suit and sandals. These items can also be found at our boutique. Water fountains are at your disposal on site.

How to enjoy the health benefits of the Scandinavian baths a hydrotherapy experience

1.You must warm up your Body

The first step is to warm the body for  10 to 15 minutes to increase blood flow to the skin and muscles. This creates deep relaxation and stimulates the immune system. Cleanse the skin, improve physical conditioning are side products of the hot treatments.

  • Wood burning Finnish sauna,
  • Hot baths, and Thermal waterfall

2.The Cold Water Rinses is painful for some, but a must.

As part of the hydrotherapy experience at Scandinavian , you most include closing the pores of the skin with a brief (20 to 30 second). Cold water helps to reduce inflammation and stimulates circulation which then boosts the immune system. So basically you have to jump in the cold water for 20 second.

3. The hardest part of any day Relaxation.

You need to giving yourself a minimum of 15 minutes to relax, some down time.Let your body feel the benefits from doing the hot and cold sequence.

  • Solariums, Hammocks, Terraces, Outdoor fireplace, Decks, and  Trellis

4. Repeat all of the  above steps 3 to 4 times.
