1) Ski and Snowboard Lessons

Sign your kids up for ski and snowboard lessons! Whistler Blackcomb groups 3 to 6 and 7 to 12 year olds together, to ensure that your kids are learning with friends their own age and skill level. Tots and Kids Lessons and Camps are designed for kids, and are taught by instructors who are kids at heart. By signing your children up for Snow School, you’re not only investing in future pathfinders, explorers and trailblazers, but ensuring your child develops confidence, and understands the importance of safety on the mountain.

2) Magic Castle & Tree Fort

“Na-na-na-na-boo-boo, I’m the King of the castle!” Your kids can be Kings and Queens of the Magic Castle on Blackcomb Mountain, and explore the tree tops in the enchanted Tree Fort on Whistler Mountain. These outdoor play areas provide a little magic for families to explore while taking a break from skiing and snowboarding. Your kids will keep busy, climbing, sliding, and exploring in these made-for-kids mountain feature.

3) Coca-Cola Tube Park

The family fun doesn’t have to end when the lifts close, because the Coca Cola Tube Park, located at Base 2 Zone of Blackcomb Mountain is open seven days a week, until 7PM. Feel the wind in your hair as you cruise down the exhilarating, multi-lane tubing hill. The lanes are 1,000 ft long, but fear not, there’s no way we’d expect the kids to walk back up the hill – no, no. A state-of-the-art carpet style conveyor transports you effortlessly back up for another run. The Coca Cola Tube Park is a Whistler Winter Must Do! Adults, you’ll be surprised by how much this winter activity brings the kid out in you!

4) Ziptrek Ecotours

Watch the kids soar to new heights this winter with the amazing Ziptrek tour guides and other adventurous Ziptrek tour-goers. Be a sport, and earn major Mum and Dad points for putting on the harness and tackling an extreme ziplining adventure. Your kids will love having you on board! Minimum age for tour is 6 years old, and kids must be a minimum weight of 65 pounds. Kids under the minimum weight can ride tandem on the Bear Tour with a professional Ziptrek guide.

5) Bounce – Whistler’s Indoor Trampoline Park

If the kids want to change their snowpants for shorts, jumping on massive trampolines is a great addition to all outdoor activities. Located in Function Junction, just 8 minutes South of Whistler Village, Bounce Acrobatic Academy is an extravaganza of fun! Intended for kids 8 and older, this acrobatic activity is one way to ensure the kiddies burn some energy – especially after a long drive! Drop in 7 days a week from 11AM – 9PM, but be sure to call ahead as Bounce does rent out the entire facility for birthday parties and private functions.
