On New Year’s Eve Millennium Place will come alive with the wonder-filled world of Vaudeville, complete with fire spinners, pop-up dancers, circus entertainers, live music and a giant bubble wrap stomp and balloon drop for the Kids’ Countdown at 9 PM. Expect nothing short of bedazzlement and awe with three levels of fun including maple taffies, popcorn, cartoons, face painting, and storytelling.
Whistler Conference Centre Family Time

Indoor fun for all the family. There will be bouncy castles for the little ones, family performers, games, New Year’s Eve crafts and a cozy lounge area to warm up and relax.

The Much Music Dance Party comes to town with wicked sound, killer lighting and the hottest new and old school videos for youths ages 13 to 18 years.
New Year’s Eve Fire & Ice Show

Wristbands are not required to see this event. As the countdown approaches, watch the Whistler Blackcomb Ski School instructors hit the big jump in the Plaza on their skis and snowboards in a special New Year’s Eve Fire & Ice Show.
New Year’s Eve Fireworks

Wristbands are not required to see this event. It wouldn’t be a New Year without a dazzling display of lights and sounds over snow! Fireworks are are best viewed from Skier’s Plaza located at the base of Whistler Mountain.
Free Transit on New Year’s Eve
There is no need to drive! Take advantage of the free, extended New Year’s Eve transit service from 6 PM until 4 AM, with extra buses from the Village home after midnight.
