Sachi Sushi opened its doors in 2003. Owner and Head chef Toshiyuki Kobayashi (Koba) has over 30 years experience, and has been making sushi in Whistler for 25 years. Sachi Sushi quickly became a local favourite, winning Best Sushi Award as voted by Whistler in the annual Best of Whistler competition in the Pique Newsmagazine.
Koba’s dedication to only using the freshest and best ingredients has also earned the restaurant praise from the world-famous travel guide, Lonely Plant.
