Rental Rates
Green Run $125.00 per day (any number of people)
Package includes meeting room rental, wireless internet in meeting room, flip charts and markers, white board and markers, projection screen, pens and notepads, table linens, ice water.
Blue Run $175.00 per day (based on 1-10 ppl - add $5 per person over 10 )
Package includes Green Run amenities, PLUS one coffee/tea service at clients choice of time which includes coffee and tea as well as either cookies or fresh whole fruit.
Black Diamond Run $375.00 per day (based on 1-10 ppl - add $23 per person over 10)
Package includes Blue Run amenities, PLUS buffet breakfast (scrambled eggs, maple bacon, pan fries, fresh whole fruit and croissants) OR buffet lunch (sandwich, soup and two salads)
Double Black Diamond Run $600.00 per day (based on 1-10ppl-add $45 per person over 10)
Package includes Blue Run amenities PLUS one additional coffee/tea service, buffet breakfast AND buffet lunch.
